Join the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission, Texas Heritage Trail Regions, and THC as an exhibitor for REAL PLACES 2019—a conference focused on preserving, revitalizing, and experiencing the Texas mystique. The exhibit hall offers you direct contact and visibility with County Historical Commissions, Main Street programs, local governments, chambers of commerce, convention and visitor bureaus, preservation organizations, historic sites, and travel industry experts.
With a limited number of spaces available, the conference goal is to serve 400+ attendees and to educate our audience on the variety of products and services that you and your company or organization provides. The exhibits will be open from 3–6 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a cocktail and opening reception that begins in the exhibit hall. On Thursday, the hall will be open from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Exhibitors will be advertised in the conference materials, and refreshments will be provided within the exhibit area on Wednesday and Thursday to encourage traffic and opportunities for conversations. Exhibitor registrations include: one full conference registration, entrance for one to all plenary breakfast and lunch sessions, and one ticket to the Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.
Space will be reserved on a first-come basis, only after payment is received. The deadline is November 30, 2018.
