Native to the Rio Grande Valley, Carrie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire. Carrie comes to the Texas Historical Commission with experience in non-profits and for profit sectors. She brings experience in bookkeeping, financial management and teaching along with communication skills in accounting. Carrie combines her knowledge in business, accounting, and financial management background to support the programs, projects and relationships of the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission.
