Real Places Conference

Every year, the Real Places Conference brings together those who make historic preservation in Texas happen. This conference gives public officials, stewards, and professionals from the fields of preservation a platform to listen to, learn from, and share ideas with other leaders.

Gala

In celebration of 25 years of working with the Texas Historical Commission, the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission hosted Une Belle Soirée: Celebrating A Voyage Through History. At this event we celebrated 25 years of our partnership with the Texas Historical Commission, and were honored to present the inaugural “Julian Read Award for Philanthropy in Preservation” to THC Chairman John L. Nau, III.
